About Lucy
Hi! I’m Lucy, I have been practicing & teaching yoga for 8 years. During in this time I have been embracing the journey of guiding individuals towards their inner selves & providing a safe space for people to discover a softer way of living.
I have navigated my own difficulties with mental health struggles, until I found yoga as a steady practice rather than a quick fix. By showing up for myself, breathing slowly, moving with intention & learning to listen to my body I began to quiet the constant chatter in my mind & rebuild trust in myself. Over time those small, consistent choices gave me space to respond rather than react, to rest without guilt & to choose gentle rhythms. Now I live a softer life: calmer mornings, kinder self-talk & a clearer sense of what nourishes me, all rooted in the simple, grounding practices of yoga.
My approach is anchored in kindness & compassion, creating a safe space for each student to explore their practice. I am truly passionate about building confidence & reconnecting to the body when the mind becomes overwhelmed. Through each class, I strive to inspire & support my students, helping them to uncover their potential while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
