I have been practicing & teaching yoga for 7 years. During in this time I have been embracing the journey of guiding individuals towards their inner selves & wellness. My approach is rooted in kindness & compassion, creating a safe space for each student to explore their practice. I am truly passionate about building confidence & reconnecting to the body when the mind becomes overwhelmed. Through each class, I strive to inspire & support my students, helping them to uncover their potential while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
