About Lucy
Hi! I’m Lucy, I have been practicing & teaching yoga for 8 years. During in this time I have been embracing the journey of guiding individuals towards their inner selves & providing a safe space for people to discover a softer way of living.
I have navigated my own difficulties with mental health struggles, until I found yoga as a steady practice rather than a quick fix. By showing up for myself, breathing slowly, moving with intention and learning to listen to my body I began to quiet the constant chatter in my mind and rebuild trust in myself. Over time those small, consistent choices gave me space to respond rather than react, to rest without guilt & to choose gentle rhythms. Now I live a softer life: calmer mornings, kinder self-talk & a clearer sense of what nourishes me, all rooted in the simple, grounding practices of yoga.
My approach is anchored in kindness & compassion, creating a safe space for each student to explore their practice. I am truly passionate about building confidence & reconnecting to the body when the mind becomes overwhelmed. Through each class, I strive to inspire & support my students, helping them to uncover their potential while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
